There's a project you've been carrying. Maybe for six months. Maybe for six years. It’s a screenplay, a play, a book, a film, an album, a business, a body of work that you know, deep down, is yours to make.
You've thought about it and dreamed about it. You've started it, stopped it, circled it more times than you'd like to admit. Maybe you've even convinced yourself you'll get back to it when you have more time, more clarity, more money, more confidence.
But something in you keeps calling you back. So what if it's time to listen?
Not someday, not when life calms down, not when we finally have more time or money or confidence, or a personality transplant that turns us into one of those people who wakes up at 5 a.m. excited to organize their lives. Just now.
What if we chose one thing and spent 21 days actually being with it?
21 days. 20 minutes a day. One project, the one you've been carrying. A private community to show up in, three live gatherings to anchor the journey, a private Telegram community where I post a short daily teaching or invitation, and a workbook to hold what you discover along the way. We begin September 21.
That's the container. What happens inside it is between you and the work.
⸻
What if your project isn't something you have to force? What if the work itself has its own intelligence, and it's been trying to communicate with you this whole time, asking you questions, showing you what it needs next?
What if your job isn't to have the whole thing figured out before you begin? What if it's simply to create a container where you can listen, attune, respond, and move?
⸻
This isn't a writing challenge, and it isn't a productivity bootcamp. You don't have to write 1,000 words a day. You don't have to finish your screenplay in 21 days. You don't have to become a completely different person.
Instead, you're going to practice something much more fundamental: showing up. Every day, for at least 20 minutes, for one project. Creating a consistent container where you can come into relationship with the work, and with yourself as the person capable of bringing it into the world.
Because consistency isn't just about productivity. Consistency builds self-trust. Every time you show up, you tell yourself: I can count on me. And every time you stay with the work instead of abandoning it, you change the relationship.
The Four PhasesÂ
Over 21 days, we'll move through four phases of creative relationship.
What is your project trying to tell you? We'll slow down enough to hear what wants to emerge, instead of immediately trying to control the outcome.
We'll learn to recognize the patterns that pull us out of relationship with our work: avoidance, control, abandonment, validation-seeking, fear. Not as evidence that something is wrong with us, but as information.
Eventually the project asks something of us. The uncomfortable email, the vulnerable scene, the conversation, the pitch, the ask, the decision. We'll practice recognizing the next courageous thing, and doing it.
Listening is only the beginning. We'll translate what we've discovered into tangible action and bring the project one meaningful step closer to the world.
Each day you'll receive a short teaching and creative invitation inside our private Telegram community. Then you'll spend your dedicated time with your project.
That's it.Â
You might write, or rewrite. You might research. You might make a phone call you've been avoiding, or create a pitch deck, or record something, or send that email that's been sitting in your drafts. You might sit quietly and listen. Your project gets to tell you what the work is. The only requirement is that you show up.
Your minimum commitment is 20 minutes a day for 21 days. You can choose a longer container if you'd like, but choose something you can actually keep, because we're not interested in making grand promises to ourselves that we abandon three days later. We're practicing creative self-trust.
Â
⸻
Â
And we're not just making art. We're asking a bigger question: what is this work here to make possible? Who might it touch? What conversation might it enter? What might become possible because it exists?
Your impact doesn't have to mean changing the entire world. It might be one person, one conversation, one shift, one possibility someone hadn't imagined before. But your work has to be allowed to enter the world in order to create a ripple.
The Soul Project is about moving from "will people like this?" to "what might this make possible?" From external validation to internal knowing. From waiting for permission to participating in your own calling.
21 Days of Creative Practice. Daily teachings, questions, and invitations designed to deepen your relationship with your project and keep it moving.

Soul Project Workbook. A companion for your 21-day practice, with space to listen, reflect, track your movement, and capture what your project is revealing to you.
This Is For You IfÂ
There's a project you've been carrying for a while and you know it matters to you. You may have been stuck, distracted, overwhelmed, afraid, or simply waiting for the right time. You're ready to stop circling and make a real commitment. You're willing to give this project 20 minutes a day for 21 days, and you're ready to find out what happens when you stop abandoning the work that's yours to do.
Â
This Is Not For You IfÂ
You're looking for someone to tell you exactly what to create. You want a formula for success, or you're hoping to outsource your creative decisions. Or you're looking for another productivity system that makes you feel guilty about not doing enough.
This is different. You bring the project. I'll help you create the container, listen for what's asking to emerge, meet what gets in the way, and take the next step.
By the end of 21 days, you'll have a deeper relationship with your work, a clearer sense of what it's asking of you, evidence that you can keep a commitment to yourself, momentum, courage, and a tangible next step for carrying the work forward.
Because the goal is to become someone who stays, who listens, who trusts, who takes the risk, who carries their work into the world.
What if I don't finish my project?Â
This is a container for practicing your relationship with the work. The point isn’t finishing, it’s about creating intimacy with the soul of your project and letting it lead you.
What if I miss a day?Â
You will probably miss a day. That’s okay. We forgive ourselves and we jump back in. That’s the practice! Missing a day isn't failing, it's information. Notice what got in the way, and come back the next day.
I've bought courses before and abandoned them. Why would this be different?Â
I don't know your history with unfinished courses, but I can tell you this one isn't built like the others. There's no giant syllabus, no falling behind. It's twenty minutes a day with one project you already care about, and a community that's there to help you keep showing up, not to make you feel guilty when you don't.
Is twenty minutes actually enough?Â
Yes, and here's why. Consistency does more for a creative practice than intensity does. Twenty minutes a day for twenty-one days is more real time with your project, and more trust built with yourself, than one heroic weekend followed by three months of avoiding it.
What if I don't know which project to choose?Â
That's okay too. We'll spend some time on it at the kickoff. Usually the project that makes you a little nervous to say out loud is the one. The one that gives you butterflies in your stomach.
When you join The Soul Project, you'll also receive three gifts:
✦ A Self-Love Meditation
A practice for coming back into relationship with yourself.
✦ A Masterclass on the Creative Process
A deeper dive into your relationship with creativity and how we move from inspiration into action.
✦ The Anti-Sabotage Spell Book
Because sometimes the person standing between us and the thing we want to create is... us.Â
Join by the evening of September 20, and I'll send all three your way before we begin.

THE SOUL PROJECT
$111
September 21 – October 11
One project. Twenty minutes a day. Twenty-one days.
Listen. Attune. Risk. Move.Â
Come into relationship with the work that's calling you, and move it forward.Â
If you show up every day through day seven, really show up, and it still doesn't feel like the right container for you, I'll refund you. I don't want you spending three weeks somewhere that isn't serving you. I just ask that you actually give it those seven days first, because you can't know if a container works until you've been inside it.
